In the end of August Pitanga (Br) visited the Hungarian Autonomous Center for Knowledge. The idea of the protocol has been lurking already for some time, but having a co-author and carrier that is able to deliver packets on other continents seemed like a nice occasion to start this idea. We decided to send 6 packets, 2 of them are Discovery Packets without any destination, the other 4 are addressed to Forskningsavd, Tokyo, Sao Paulo and Noisebridge. it will be interesting to see, how this idea develops in the future, what tools we are going to develop to track packets, what the packets material and contents will be, etc. lot's of excitment.

The story begins when we eliminated two walls of the space. The resulted junk is then temporarily stored on the balcony because the lack of space. Then there was an opportunity to move the whole junk to a container. At Wednesday morning, the thick sacks have arrived to the space, and the guys started to fill them in the evening.
There was a problem with the transportation of the sacks, because they weight ~50kgs. It came to attention that if we halven the sacks, it is easier to transport them. There was an idea to lift them by a home-hacked hoist, but it was rejected because of the danger of the sacks falling down to the street. Finally, we moved the sacks by muscle-hack and a little "IKEA" cart to downstairs, it needed more than 2 hours to do this. We have finished this @2am, some gone sleep, some continued hacking after.
At the morning, when the container arrived, we had ~10 minutes to fill it with sacks, but success came. After the truck left with the 6m↑3 junk, I felt calm. Now we have a clean terrace, where we plan to build a furnace from the remaining full bricks(since we love pizza:)).
All of you guys who weren't there, it ~~really sucks~~ was fucking fun!

Tisztelt kollégák!

A mai este folyamán egy teljesen új folyamatot sikerült kidolgozni a nyomtatott áramköri lapok elkészítésére. Figyelem! A folyamat csak télen végezhető el egy titkos összetevő miatt!
Az első lépés természetesen a nyák rajzolatának megtervezése tetszőleges pdf formátumban, ugyanis az internet kávézókban található kiszolgáló egységek(közismertebb nevén pultos) nem képesek mást értelmezni. Amennyiben ez megtörtént, ún. műnyomó papír beszerzése szükséges, ebből limitált példányszámban található irodánkban A4-es 80g/m^2 formátumban. Egyébként misnyo laboráns felkeresése szükséges.
Utána egy még nem kompromittált helyen kell kinyomtatni a rajzolatot szigorúan lézernyomtatóval. Vigyázat, félig kiürült tonerrel nem használható a technológia. Amennyiben a nyomtató be akarja gyűrni a papírt, ajánlott az angolos távozás, a kiszolgáló személyzet termetétől függően. Ha a nyomtatás sikeres, ajánlott minimális borravaló felajánlása, ha a kiszolgáló személyzet hosszabbított szarusegédlettel(műkörömmel) rendelkezik, egy kedves megjegyzés ezt helyettesíti.
"Update: a piros kukacos 24-es netcafé a Dohány utcában egész jó szolgálatot tett eddig. Oda lehet menni nagy esély-jel."
A kinyomtatott papírt ezután egy még nem használt, de tisztított nyomtatott áramköri lapra kell helyezni, és megfelelően rögzíteni. Figyeljünk oda, hogy a széleknél minimum 2-3 cm ráhagyás szükséges a nyáklapon, ez járulékos veszteség. A rögzítés után egy felmelegített vasalóval(nem tüzes(sic!)) vasaljuk rá a papírt egészen addig, amíg olyan színe nem lesz mint Stef kajájának(barna).

Ezután a Dürer-kertből áttettük a székhelyét a keddi megbeszéléseknek a Fogasház?-ba, itt pedig elkezdtük a Renovation Fogasház projektet. A falak kaptak egy új festékréteget a meglévő 15-höz, és kicsit kitisztítottuk a helyet. Így már sokkal lakhatóbb lett. Majdnem 15-en segítettek a hétvégén, úgyhogy sikerült nagyon gyorsan "lakájossá" varázsolni a helyet.
Rész vettünk még a techshow-n is, ahol már szilikonnal is sikerült nyomtatni.

. Sajnos net csak mutatoba volt, igy a megfelelo driver hianyaban elodaztuk ezt a projektet. A hangulat ennek ellenere kivalo volt, ahogy a mellekelt kepek is mutatjak:

ami kozben kiderult, hogy a hivatalos szoftver csak windows alatt fut. a vagy firmwaret kell frissiteni a nyomtatoban ami altal nincs szukseg mar windows driverre. Vagy megfelelo drivert talalni windows ala, sajnos nem ugyanaz az usb interfesz van a mi nyomtatonkban mint a hivatalosban, igy a hivatalos driver nem jatszik.

Az Akos altal portolt kod sajnos nem tartalmazza a 3d objektumok kezeleset es a grafikus feluletet, igy Linuxon es Macen egyelore nincs lehetoseg a nyomtatasnak. Akos szerint nem nagy kaland a hianyzo ket komponens portalasa, kerdes belefer-e a konferenciaig hatralevo idobe.

ps: a kepek minoseget nezzetek el.
